Eureka es una herramienta gratuita para crear cuestionarios y jugarlos en directo o a tu ritmo. Estas son las reglas básicas para que funcione bien para todo el mundo.

Titular

Este sitio (eurekaquiz.io) lo gestiona quien administra esta instalación de Eureka. Contacto: el contacto que indique administración.

Uso correcto

• Usa Eureka para aprender, enseñar, formar o pasarlo bien. No publiques contenido ofensivo, ilegal, que incite al odio o que vulnere derechos de otras personas.
• No intentes entorpecer el servicio (por ejemplo, llenar partidas de jugadores falsos) ni acceder a datos que no son tuyos.
• Quien organiza una partida es responsable de lo que proyecta y de los apodos que admite en su sala (puede expulsar a jugadores y cerrar la sala).
• Administración puede ocultar o retirar contenido que incumpla estas reglas y bloquear cuentas que abusen del servicio.

Tu contenido

Lo que creas es tuyo. Al publicarlo en la Comunidad o compartirlo con un enlace, permites que otras personas lo usen y hagan su propia copia dentro de Eureka. Asegúrate de tener derecho a usar las imágenes, textos y audios que subes.

Imágenes, emojis y sonidos

• La biblioteca de imágenes y GIF viene de Wikimedia Commons; cada imagen conserva su autoría y su licencia libre en el pie de la pregunta.
• Los emojis animados son Noto Emoji de Google, con licencia CC BY 4.0.
• La música y los efectos de sonido, los iconos, la mascota y las ilustraciones son propios de Eureka.

Marcas

Apple y el logotipo de Apple son marcas de Apple Inc. Android es una marca de Google LLC; el robot de Android se reproduce o modifica a partir de un trabajo creado y compartido por Google y se usa según los términos de la licencia Creative Commons 3.0 Reconocimiento. Solo aparecen en los botones «Instalar en Apple» e «Instalar en Android», para indicar en qué aparatos se puede instalar Eureka como app; Eureka no está afiliada a ninguna de las dos empresas.

Inteligencia artificial

Las preguntas creadas con IA pueden contener errores. Revísalas antes de presentarlas: el editor te deja cambiar cualquier detalle.

Responsabilidad

Eureka se ofrece tal cual, con todo el cuidado posible pero sin garantía de que esté siempre disponible. Haz copias de lo importante: desde «Mi cuenta» puedes descargar todos tus datos cuando quieras.

Eureka is a free tool for creating quizzes and playing them live or at your own pace. These are the basic rules so that it works well for everyone.

Owner

This site (eurekaquiz.io) is managed by whoever administers this installation of Eureka. Contact: the contact address provided by the site administrators.

Proper use

• Use Eureka to learn, teach, train or have fun. Don't publish content that is offensive or illegal, that incites hatred or that infringes other people's rights.
• Don't try to disrupt the service (for example, by filling games with fake players) or to access data that isn't yours.
• Whoever organises a game is responsible for what they show on screen and for the nicknames they allow in their room (they can remove players and lock the room).
• The site administrators can hide or remove content that breaks these rules and block accounts that abuse the service.

Your content

What you create is yours. By publishing it in the Community or sharing it with a link, you allow other people to use it and make their own copy within Eureka. Make sure you have the right to use the images, texts and audio files you upload.

Images, emojis and sounds

• The image and GIF library comes from Wikimedia Commons; each image keeps its authorship and its free licence in the question's caption.
• The animated emojis are Google's Noto Emoji, licensed under CC BY 4.0.
• The music and sound effects, the icons, the mascot and the illustrations are Eureka's own.

Trademarks

Questions created with AI may contain mistakes. Check them before you present them: the editor lets you change any detail.

Liability

Eureka is provided as is, with all possible care but with no guarantee that it will always be available. Keep copies of anything important: from “My account” you can download all your data whenever you like.
